Presentation of several companies specialized in recruiting and executive search and partners of BC4S Consulting/ Scheduling of appointments with the firm(s) of your choice
Preparatory meeting : to determine your needs in terms of employees, the strategy you want to follow with calling upon or not specialized executive search companies
For 10 vacancies : translation of your job ads in English or Serbian/ Assistance to put online these job posts on 3 well-known and specialized websites, that you would have chosen amongst our partners
Search of applicants, sorting out and shortlisting of the applicants
Drawing up of a synthesis file presenting 5 applicants for each vacancy + scheduling of an appointment with the 3 applicants per vacancy you would have selected
Assistance during your meetings with these applicants + debriefing and advising on each meeting
Recruiting and executive search companies : assistance during meetings + debriefing and advising on each meeting
For 5 vacancies and until the contracts signature, follow-up of the recruitment process carried out by the specialized companies (our partners)

* In Packages 2 and 3 are included the following services:
-    we assist you during your meetings with partners of our consulting company;
-    simultaneous translation (English or French) during each meeting in order to provide you a clear and accurate communication.
There are 3 “Counseled Meetings with our Partners” for each service in the chosen package.
For any service included in these packages, a larger number of CMP (counseled meetings with our partners) could be made after having negotiated and reached an agreement on the concerned service.     

**A preselection on a basis of around 10 office spaces is drawn up by our company and we carry out the visit of each preselected place. Drafting of a synthesis report on the 5 office spaces we would have selected after our visit. For each possibility the report will show the main strengths and weak points according to the book of specifications.

This offer is available for the search of industrial and/or commercial premises. If the general process can be the same (draw up of a book of specifications/work of clearing and visit/ report on about 5 premises according to your book of specifications/ following your selection of 3 premises, scheduling of their visit/ counseling and follow-up until the signature of your lease/sale agreement), this search has to be adapted in each case given that these premises present specific characteristics.
