Draw up of a document  shortlisting equipments according to your expectations in order to make your choice easier. Concerning services: scheduling appointments  with companies you would have selected from the list.
Assistance during meetings (up to 3 appointments per type of equipment and service); debriefing and advising after each meeting; follow-up until the signing of the contract.
