According to Mr Dacic, Serbia’s Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior, the American giants, Apple and Google, would be present in Serbia by the end of the year. He added that this will be very helpful to improve Serbia’s image.

Kering Group, a French accessories and apparel maker, plans to invest 6M€ in Serbia in the leather ware plant it purchased in Ruma (north of Belgrade) for its rebuilding and improvement. This plant should employ 120 people.

The Belgian renewable energy supplier and developer, Windvision, plans to complete its 174MW wind projects in Serbia by 2015. Mr Danilo Drndarski, the General Manager of the Serbian office, said that by the end of 2013 the work on 2 farms of 99MW and 75MW located in Alibunar (north of Serbia) will start. This project is estimated at 290M€.
